The Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department will host the sixth annual Play at the Park Family Fun Festival on Saturday, September 27. The festival will be held at Central Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The festival features a variety of activities and entertainment, including a carnival area, petting zoo, hay rides, train rides, tree climbing and face painting. A shopping area and food vendors will also be at the festival.
"The Play at the Park Family Fun Festival provides an opportunity for families to enjoy the park and festivities with no admission fee," said Director of Parks and Recreation Jerry Kinsey.
