One of our own Team, Brian Vanderhoff, was diagnosed with Type I Juvenile Diabetes when he was 6 years old. 31 years later, Brian is still active in the fight to find a cure that can be found within our lifetime. The Vanderhoff Real Estate Team walked over 3 miles with thousands of others on this beautiful Fall Day.

Forsyth, Fulton, Dawson and Lumpkin are just 4 of the 61 North Georgia Counties that are now under a total outdoor watering ban. As homeowners, this means absolutely no watering lawns, pressure washing, or washing your car. There are a few exemptions which include commercial uses, new lawns commercially installed for the first 30 days, and irrigation of personal food gardens. Forsyth County Government website, or your specific County's government/water department's website. The local water departments will be patrolling neighborhoods regularly for violators. And yes, this includes the middle of the night. Fines will be hefty, so please abide by the ban as we need to work together to conserve our water here in North Georgia.

Brian and Jennifer Vanderhoff have been married since 1997, having both moved to this area in the 1980’s. The household includes Dylan, a Milton High School student, and Heather, who attends Crabapple Crossing Elementary, along with their dogs Bella and Daisy.
The family enjoys camping and are avid RV’ers, enjoying both the beach as well as the mountains. Brian’s hobbies include surfing, motorcycle dirt riding, hockey, racing and street driving along with paintball with his son. He loves his family, the latest technology and classic cars. Jennifer received the prestigious Emilio Pucci Scholarship in 1990 and studied Fashion and Interior Design at American College in Atlanta. She enjoys reading, cooking, antiquing, camping and movies. Heather keeps her busy in Girl Scouts, Soccer and school volunteer projects. Brian began real estate in 1988 and Jen followed suit in 2001, although both have extensive corporate experience in sales and marketing.
Having been diagnosed with diabetes over 30 years ago, Brian stays actively involved with the Junior Diabetic Research Foundation and was an early adopter of the insulin pump. Additionally, he is an active volunteer with the City of Milton.
