Forsyth County government has launched a new interactive Web page providing a variety of planning-related information in one, easy-to-navigate location. The new eStatus Web page includes project summaries, important meeting dates and links to important documents, such as applications, aerial maps, concept plans, staff reports and final decision letters. This new feature is accessible at
http://estatus.forsythco.com.
The eStatus Web page includes information regarding all existing and archived rezoning, conditional use permit, home occupation permit and sketch plat applications. Plans call for the site to be expanded to include the remaining public hearing application types, as well as information on all land development permits and plats, in the coming year.
When using the eStatus Web page, the most important piece of information needed is the application number. The application number can be found on legal ad notices in the newspaper, adjacent property owner letters, meeting agendas and minutes, and on orange and yellow public notice signs. Once the appropriate application number is identified, visit the new Forsyth County eStatus Web page to find out more information.
