The Forsyth County Schools Redistricting Draft #5 for the 2009-10 school year is now available for review through October 3rd at 5:00pm. Make sure to review the maps for all three levels since changes have been made.

PLEASE NOTE: The following was approved by the Forsyth County Board of Education on 9/18, effective for the 2009-10 school year:
Any student who is enrolled in an existing high school in 2008 and is redistricted to another existing high school in 2009 will be approved to remain at their current school for their high school career. The following high schools are affected:
*Forsyth Central HS students redistricted to South Forsyth HS
*South Forsyth HS and West Forsyth HS students redistricted to Forsyth Central HS
Parents will be required to complete an out-of-district form if they choose to remain at their current high school and will provide their own transportation.
Students redistricted to Lambert HS will not have the option to remain at their current high school unless there is a program need and the out of district is approved by the high school principals. If approved, they would provide their own transportation.
