Atlanta Braves' Julio Franco will be at Vickery Village today to help celebrate the grand opening of Kumon.
The Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce will be doing a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. to celebrate the opening of the after-school math and reading program. The event is scheduled to last until 8 p.m.
There will be a tent set up with food catered by Atkins Park, Peckenpaughs, Cincos, Sogno Gelato and Sidney's Italian. The event will feature prize drawings, tours of the facility and kids activities.
